Easy Vegan Tofu Stir-Fry Bowl
Ingredients
- Frozen cauliflower rice stir fry
- Frozen brown rice
- Organic tofu
- Cornstarch
- Olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
Preparation
Combine the frozen cauliflower rice stir fry and frozen brown rice and heat according to package instructions.
Cube the organic tofu and lightly coat it with cornstarch.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the tofu until browned and edges are crisp.
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add the cooked tofu to the sauce and stir to coat.
Combine the tofu mixture with the heated rice and vegetable mixture, then serve.
