Healthy Oats and Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, take 2 overripe bananas.

  2. Mash with the help of a fork.

  3. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter.

  4. Give it a good mix.

  5. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.

  6. Add 1.5 cups rolled oats.

  7. Add 1/4 cup chocolate.

  8. Add a pinch of salt.

  9. Combine everything together.

  10. Place parchment paper in a baking tray.

  11. Put small portions of the mixture in it.

  12. Keep this tray in a 10-minute preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes with both heating elements on.

  13. Bring cookies to room temperature.

  14. Take them on a serving plate.
