Healthy Oats and Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, take 2 overripe bananas.
Mash with the help of a fork.
Add 1/4 cup peanut butter.
Give it a good mix.
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
Add 1.5 cups rolled oats.
Add 1/4 cup chocolate.
Add a pinch of salt.
Combine everything together.
Place parchment paper in a baking tray.
Put small portions of the mixture in it.
Keep this tray in a 10-minute preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes with both heating elements on.
Bring cookies to room temperature.
Take them on a serving plate.
