Homemade Vegetable Curry with Spices and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large brown onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 5 golden potatoes
  • Water
  • 2 vegetable stock pots
  • Turmeric
  • onion salt
  • garlic powder
  • ground ginger
  • 0.5 what the cluck
  • veggie bacon pieces
  • Mild curry powder
  • Garam masala
  • Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Chilli flakes
  • Black onion seeds
  • Baby peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Basmati rice
  • mini garlic and coriander naans

Preparation

  1. Finely chop and fry the onion.

  2. Add carrots, potatoes, water, vegetable stock pots, turmeric, onion salt, garlic powder, and ground ginger.

  3. Cook for 15 minutes until everything is tender.

  4. Add what the cluck, veggie bacon pieces, mild curry powder, garam masala, sweetener, cornflour, chilli flakes, black onion seeds, baby peppers, and broccoli.

  5. Stir until nicely thickened, then remove from heat.

  6. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions.

  7. Toast the mini garlic and coriander naans in the toaster.
