Miso Celeriac Butter Bean Puree
Ingredients
- 1 celeriac
- 400 g butter beans
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon plant-based butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional: oat milk to dilute
Preparation
Cook the celeriac cut into cubes for 15-20 minutes until tender
Puree it with the rest of the ingredients to a soft, creamy puree
Serve with miso steaks and chimichurri for extra flavor
