Raw Milktart Fudge with Cinnamon Flavor

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 2 heaped tablespoons macadamia butter
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Melt 1/2 cup cocoa butter by pouring boiling water over it and letting it cool.

  2. Add 2 heaped tablespoons macadamia butter, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/4 cup agave, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.

  4. Pour into paper cups.

  5. Place in the fridge to set.

  6. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.

  7. Serve the fudge.

Notes

  1. You can substitute cocoa butter with coconut oil if not available.

  2. This recipe serves 3-4 people.
