Refreshing Chilled Fruit Beverage

Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple, cut into fan shapes
  • 150g kolang kaling, cut into three lengthwise pieces
  • 250g semi-ripe papaya, cut into pieces
  • 2 small Malang apples, cut into pieces
  • 200g granulated sugar (optional, may add more)
  • 1 liter water
  • 5 cm cinnamon stick
  • 1 pandan leaf, tied in a knot
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 cloves

Preparation

  1. Boil water, salt, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and pandan leaf until it boils.

  2. Add kolang kaling and boil until it boils, then turn off the heat.

  3. Remove the cinnamon stick, cloves, and pandan leaf to reduce strong aromas.

  4. Add the remaining fruits, stir well, and store in the refrigerator.
