Sausage and Black Pudding Breakfast Pastry
Ingredients
- 2 Quorn sausage patties
- 2 cheese slices
- Vegan black pudding
- Puff pastry
- Egg for brushing
- Sesame seeds
- Oil for spraying
Preparation
Partially cook the sausage patties in foil in the oven with a little oil spray to keep them moist.
Lay a square of puff pastry on the bottom and fold up the corners.
Top with a disk of vegan black pudding and add the cheese slices and sausage patties.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden.
Tips
Serve with hash browns and no added sugar tomato ketchup for a complete meal.
