Vegan Austrian Style Shredded Pancake
Ingredients
- 160 g organic wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 g xylitol or erythritol
- 400 ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 3 tablespoons raisins
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for the Kaiserschmarrn well in a mixing bowl. Then mix in the raisins.
Heat some oil in a well-coated pan and add the batter.
Put the lid on the pan and bake for 3-5 minutes on medium heat until the top is set.
Use a second spatula to flip the batter and bake for a few minutes on the other side.
Then, use the spatula to tear the batter into smaller pieces.
Flip everything again and fry the pieces for a few more minutes.
Remove the batter from the heat.
