Vegan Austrian Style Shredded Pancake

Ingredients

  • 160 g organic wholemeal spelt flour
  • 50 g xylitol or erythritol
  • 400 ml plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons raisins

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for the Kaiserschmarrn well in a mixing bowl. Then mix in the raisins.

  2. Heat some oil in a well-coated pan and add the batter.

  3. Put the lid on the pan and bake for 3-5 minutes on medium heat until the top is set.

  4. Use a second spatula to flip the batter and bake for a few minutes on the other side.

  5. Then, use the spatula to tear the batter into smaller pieces.

  6. Flip everything again and fry the pieces for a few more minutes.

  7. Remove the batter from the heat.
