French Toast Bake for Two

Ingredients

  • 6 slices small wholemeal bread
  • 60g Myprotein MyVegan salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
  • 300ml almond milk
  • Dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Whisk the almond milk and protein powder together.

  2. Cut the slices of bread into cubes and place them into a suitable baking dish.

  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the bread in the dish.

  4. Place chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve the French toast bake with strawberries, blueberries, banana, and optionally yogurt mixed with a flavor drop.
