French Toast Bake for Two
Ingredients
- 6 slices small wholemeal bread
- 60g Myprotein MyVegan salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
- 300ml almond milk
- Dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Whisk the almond milk and protein powder together.
Cut the slices of bread into cubes and place them into a suitable baking dish.
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread in the dish.
Place chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Serving suggestions
Serve the French toast bake with strawberries, blueberries, banana, and optionally yogurt mixed with a flavor drop.
