Vegan Pb and J Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients
- Thick slice of favorite bread
- Approximately 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons chia jam
- Almond milk
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Cut a thick slice of your favorite bread.
Cut a slit in it to form a crevice.
Fill with approximately 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1-2 tablespoons chia jam.
Dunk in a mixture of almond milk and cinnamon.
Place on a hot greased skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Enjoy.
