Vegan Pb and J Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • Thick slice of favorite bread
  • Approximately 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia jam
  • Almond milk
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cut a thick slice of your favorite bread.

  2. Cut a slit in it to form a crevice.

  3. Fill with approximately 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1-2 tablespoons chia jam.

  4. Dunk in a mixture of almond milk and cinnamon.

  5. Place on a hot greased skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Enjoy.
