Smoked Chili Lime Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning
Preparation
Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the tofu into cubes.
In a bowl, combine all the seasonings and mix together evenly.
Add the tofu to the bowl and toss with a spatula until fully coated.
Place the tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
