Smoked Chili Lime Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning

Preparation

  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Cut the tofu into cubes.

  4. In a bowl, combine all the seasonings and mix together evenly.

  5. Add the tofu to the bowl and toss with a spatula until fully coated.

  6. Place the tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
