Two-Ingredient Yogurt Pizza Dough

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup Vitasoy Greek Style Soy Yogurt - Plain
  • 1 3/4 cup self-raising flour

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free crumbled feta
  • 1/2-3/4 cup dairy-free shredded cheese
  • fresh rocket

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl combine yogurt and flour, form into a ball and knead until soft, this will take just a couple of minutes

  3. Press out the dough into a large circle and transfer to the prepared baking tray

  4. Add tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, feta and sprinkle with cheese

  5. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes

  6. Garnish with fresh rocket, slice and enjoy right away
