Vegan Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups rolled gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Toppings

  • extra dark chocolate chips
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients listed under 'Ingredients'.

  2. Shape the mixture into 8 cookies.

  3. Top each cookie with a few extra chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
