- 3 cups rolled gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup tahini
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- extra dark chocolate chips
- sea salt
Preparation

Shape the mixture into 8 cookies.
Top each cookie with a few extra chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt.
