Vegan Black Bean Burgers with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

Patties

  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 1 cup +2 Tbsp oats (gf if needed)
  • 1 middle carrot (diced)
  • 1 small zucchini (diced)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt, ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper (season to taste)

Burger components

  • Burger buns
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber rolls
  • Bbq sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Sweet mustard
  • Red onion

Preparation

  1. Put all patty ingredients into your food processor and blend until you get a firm but also smooth consistency.

  2. Form burger patties as big as your burger buns and fry them for 5 min both sides on medium heat.
