Vegan Black Bean Burgers with Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
Patties
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 cup +2 Tbsp oats (gf if needed)
- 1 middle carrot (diced)
- 1 small zucchini (diced)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper (season to taste)
Burger components
- Burger buns
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber rolls
- Bbq sauce
- Lettuce
- Sweet mustard
- Red onion
Preparation
Put all patty ingredients into your food processor and blend until you get a firm but also smooth consistency.
Form burger patties as big as your burger buns and fry them for 5 min both sides on medium heat.
