Vegan Grilled Cheese with Apple and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1/2 apple
- 1/4 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons vegan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Salt and pepper
- Bread
Preparation
Cut the apple into thin slices and slice the zucchini and bread too.
Top the bread with the apple and zucchini slices, then add vegan cheese, thyme, salt and pepper on top, add another slice of bread on top and coat with an oil drizzle on one side.
Add the sandwich to a warm pan with the oiled sides down, grill for a few minutes, then flip over on the other side, cook until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted, cut in half and serve directly.
