Vegan Teriyaki Gyoza with Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • Teriyaki vegan gyoza
  • Ramen noodles
  • Chicken style stock powder
  • Ground ginger
  • Garlic powder
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives
  • Red onion
  • Radishes
  • Egg
  • Wasabi paste

Preparation

  1. Fry and steam the gyoza for 10 minutes from frozen

  2. Cook the ramen noodles in chicken style stock powder

  3. Add ground ginger, garlic powder, dark soy sauce, chilli flakes, and chives to the noodles while cooking

  4. Slice the red onion and radishes

  5. Fry an egg

  6. Assemble all components together and serve with wasabi paste
