Preparation
Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping them into small pieces
In a bowl, mix the tuna-free flakes with sweetcorn, olives, capers, red onion, garlic, tomato, cucumber, celery, avocado, spring onion, and garlic mayo to create the filling
Spread the mixture evenly on slices of dark rye sourdough bread
