Veggie Powered Panini Sandwich
Ingredients
- Roasted red pepper hummus
- Pan-charred carrot sheets
- Golden onions
- Capers
- Air-fried mini broccoli florets
- Sourdough bread
Preparation
Prepare the roasted red pepper hummus if it is not pre-made.
Char carrot sheets in a pan until they are tender and slightly blackened.
Cook onions in a pan until they turn golden brown.
Air-fry mini broccoli florets until they are crispy.
Spread hummus on one side of sourdough bread slices.
Layer the carrot sheets, golden onions, capers, and broccoli florets on top of the hummus.
Top with another slice of bread and press or grill the panini until the bread is toasted and the filling is heated through.
