Air-Fried Seasoned Potatoes with Beans and Salsa
Ingredients
- Steamed potatoes
- Four Sixes Taylor Sheridan's Original Cowboy Seasoning Blend & Rub
- Pinto beans
- Corn
- Homemade pico de gallo
- Pace salsa
- Avocado
Preparation
Dice the steamed potatoes.
Toss the diced potatoes with the seasoning in a bowl.
Air fry the potatoes until they are brown and crispy.
Mix the homemade pico de gallo with Pace salsa.
Top the fried potatoes with pinto beans, corn, the salsa mixture, and avocado.
Serve immediately.
Tips
You can bake the potatoes in the oven instead of air frying for a similar result.
