Baked Chocolate Oat Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 2 1/3 cups almond milk
  • 2 firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease 2 muffin tins.

  2. Mash the bananas with hot water if necessary to make them mashable

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop batter into the muffin tins.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
