Baked Chocolate Oat Cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 2 1/3 cups almond milk
- 2 firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease 2 muffin tins.
Mash the bananas with hot water if necessary to make them mashable
Mix all ingredients together.
Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop batter into the muffin tins.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
