Brownie Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 500 g oats, blended (or oat flour)
- 4 scoops chocolate pea protein powder (around 120 g)
- 20 g cacao powder
- 200 g raisins
- 650-700 ml filtered water
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional for dipping)
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended oats (or oat flour), chocolate pea protein powder, and cacao powder.
In a blender, blend the raisins with half of the water until smooth.
Add the raisin mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Gradually add the remaining water while mixing until a thick dough forms.
Divide the mixture and shape it into protein brownie balls using your hands.
Place the brownie balls on a sheet of baking paper and refrigerate to chill.
If desired, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a deep bowl.
Remove the chilled brownie balls from the refrigerator and dip them in the melted chocolate, coating them evenly.
Return the coated brownie balls to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
