Bulgogi with Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500g oyster mushroom
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pear
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- half a medium-sized onion
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 stalk scallion
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Oil
Preparation
Chop the garlic and the pear finely. Cut the carrots and onion into thin strips. Cut the scallion into small pieces. Hand pull the oyster mushrooms into strips.
In a big bowl, add mushrooms, carrots, onion, pear, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, mix it well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Heat up a griddle pan over high heat, when it’s hot add oil, add the marinated ingredients and pan grill them until most of the sauce is gone and the mushrooms are slightly charred and brown on the outside, add scallion and serve.
