Chia Buckwheat Coconut Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup buckinis
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 cup @thecocotribe chocolate yoghurt coconut
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
Toppings
- @mayversfood Cacao Super Spread
- Banana & passion fruit
- Bee Pollen
Preparation
Place all the ingredients except the toppings in a bowl and mix well for an even combine.
Divide evenly into 4 jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled the next day with toppings or warm over gentle heat.
