Chia Buckwheat Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup buckinis
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 cup @thecocotribe chocolate yoghurt coconut
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup

Toppings

  • @mayversfood Cacao Super Spread
  • Banana & passion fruit
  • Bee Pollen

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients except the toppings in a bowl and mix well for an even combine.

  2. Divide evenly into 4 jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Serve chilled the next day with toppings or warm over gentle heat.
