Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- Water
- 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
- Approximately 200ml yogurt (vegan)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Melted chocolate
- Salted peanuts
Preparation
In a pot, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and a pinch of salt.
Add enough water to cover the oats and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to thicken.
Once thickened, stir in a scoop of vanilla soy protein powder and the vegan yogurt (approximately 200ml). Mix well.
Transfer the oatmeal mixture to a jar and let it cool.
Layer the sliced banana on top of the oatmeal in the jar.
Add a tablespoon of peanut butter over the banana layer.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter.
Sprinkle salted peanuts on top of the chocolate layer.
Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
