Chocolate Chip Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large firm banana
- 1/4 ripe Hass avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 drop of natural vanilla essence
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of filtered water
Optional additions
- 1 tbsp maple or rice malt syrup
- desiccated coconut and raw cacao nibs
Preparation
Optionally, peel and freeze the banana in advance for a thicker consistency
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on the highest speed, gradually increasing, for 1 minute.
Pour into one or two glasses depending on desired serving size.
Top with extra desiccated coconut and cacao nibs.
