Chocolate Dipped Avocado Pops
Ingredients
Popsicle mixture
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cashew milk
Chocolate coating
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Rawcology Chocolate Granola crushed
Preparation
Place all ingredients for the popsicles in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a silicone popsicle tray, insert sticks, and place in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours.
Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave and let cool slightly.
Once the popsicles are frozen, drizzle each one with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed granola.
