Peanut Butter Protein Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxmeal
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 50g dairy-free dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to combine.

  2. Place the mixture in a baking tray.

  3. Freeze or refrigerate until solidified.

  4. Store in the freezer to extend shelf life.
