Peanut Butter Protein Slice
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxmeal
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 50g dairy-free dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to combine.
Place the mixture in a baking tray.
Freeze or refrigerate until solidified.
Store in the freezer to extend shelf life.
