Easy Snickers-Style Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamias roasted
- 1/2 cup peanuts roasted
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 cup rice malt syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- salt
- dark chocolate for decorating
Preparation
Roast the nuts and pulse them in a food processor until small pieces, not into flour.
Mix everything in a big bowl and roll into balls.
Top with melted chocolate.
