Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
- 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup and 4tbsp (40g) chia seeds
Preparation
In a bowl or in a jar mix 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk, 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 4tbsp (40g) chia seeds
Place in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour
And top it with your favourite fruits
