Creamy Pumpkin Carrot Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed pumpkin
  • 2-3 steamed carrots
  • Vegan cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 red onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some water to blend
  • Pasta (your favorite, cooked)

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except the cheese in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Mix with your favorite cooked pasta and add the vegan cheese.

  3. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or black cumin seeds.
