Creamy Pumpkin Carrot Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed pumpkin
- 2-3 steamed carrots
- Vegan cheese
- 1-2 tbsp tahini
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Some water to blend
- Pasta (your favorite, cooked)
Preparation
Combine everything except the cheese in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Mix with your favorite cooked pasta and add the vegan cheese.
Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or black cumin seeds.
