Easy Crispy Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 block of extra firm tofu
  • drained and pressed

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Take tofu and cut into cubes

  3. Place in a large Tupperware container and add all remaining ingredients into the container

  4. Cover the container with a lid and carefully shake together

  5. Place coated tofu on a lined baking sheet and place in oven for at least 25 minutes
