Easy Crispy Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 block of extra firm tofu
- drained and pressed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F
Take tofu and cut into cubes
Place in a large Tupperware container and add all remaining ingredients into the container
Cover the container with a lid and carefully shake together
Place coated tofu on a lined baking sheet and place in oven for at least 25 minutes
