Flattened Brown Rice Poha Dish
Ingredients
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Green chilies
- Ginger
- Curry leaves
- Peanuts
- Turmeric
- Flattened brown rice (soaked)
Preparation
To a pan add oil and after oil warms up, add mustard seeds, green chilies, ginger, curry leaf, peanuts and sauté.
Add turmeric and sauté.
Add soaked flattened rice and mix, cover with lid and let it cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
