Spinach Curry with Lentil and Multi Grain Roti

Ingredients

  • Finely chopped spinach
  • green chilies
  • onions finely chopped
  • turmeric
  • mustard
  • cumin
  • lentil
  • oil

Preparation

  1. Ook 1/4 cup of lentils in a pot until soft, drain the water and keep it aside

  2. N a pan add oil and after the oil warm up add cum, mustard and green chilies

  3. Add onion and sauté till it turns translucent

  4. Add turmeric and sauté for under 2 minutes

  5. Add 2 cups of Spinach and sauté, let it cook until all the water in spinach is absorbed

  6. Dd the cooked lentil and sauté well all the spinach and lentil gets mixed evenly

  7. The curry is is ready
