Four-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Bread
Ingredients
- 500g whole grain flour
- 150 to 200g mix of oats, nuts and seeds
- 500g warm water
- 1 package of dry yeast or sourdough starter
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and knead until you get a fluffy dough.
Crunch the walnuts while kneading the dough and use more flour if it is too sticky.
Let the bread rise for at least 10-15 minutes.
Line a bread tin with parchment paper or use none, and top with additional seeds if desired.
Bake the loaf for one hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
Let the bread cool down before serving.
