Fresh Tomato and Basil Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 slices of white sourdough bread
- 1 garlic clove
- Few basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Mix together the tomatoes, olive oil, and season well.
Toast the bread and set aside.
Rub each piece with the garlic clove.
Drizzle some olive oil and top the bread with the tomatoes and basil leaves.
Drizzle the tomato juice at the end.
