Fruity Chia Pudding with Yogurt Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- plant-based milk
- small handful of frozen berries
- yogurt
- peanut butter
- chia berry jam
- additional berries
- chocolate drizzle
- coconut chips
Preparation
Soak 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in plant-based milk with a small handful of frozen berries overnight.
In the morning, stir and mash the berries into the mixture.
Top the pudding with yogurt, peanut butter, chia berry jam, additional berries, chocolate drizzle, and coconut chips.
