Fudgy Almond Butter Vegan Chickpea Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (de-shelled)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4c @bobsredmill almond flour
  • 1/2c rolled oats
  • 1/4c @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter
  • 4T cacao powder
  • 2T coconut sugar
  • 1/4c almond milk
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp baking soda
  • 1/4tsp sea salt
  • ?3T vegan @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips+ 1 @hukitchen vegan almond butter + puffed quinoa dark chocolate bar

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients above minus the chocolate in a food processor to create the batter.

  2. Stir in the mini vegan chocolate chips to your brownie batter (optional, but worth it!)

  3. Add to an 8x8 pan then add a chopped up vegan Hukitchen chocolate bar and bake for 20-22min @ 350°F (cool down for at least 10min before cutting into them)
