Fudgy Almond Butter Vegan Chickpea Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (de-shelled)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4c @bobsredmill almond flour
- 1/2c rolled oats
- 1/4c @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter
- 4T cacao powder
- 2T coconut sugar
- 1/4c almond milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- 1/4tsp sea salt
- ?3T vegan @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips+ 1 @hukitchen vegan almond butter + puffed quinoa dark chocolate bar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients above minus the chocolate in a food processor to create the batter.
Stir in the mini vegan chocolate chips to your brownie batter (optional, but worth it!)
Add to an 8x8 pan then add a chopped up vegan Hukitchen chocolate bar and bake for 20-22min @ 350°F (cool down for at least 10min before cutting into them)
