- 3 tbs Coconut Oil
- 2 tbs Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Sift together flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, caramel, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla.
Mix the wet mixture into the dry ingredients to form a thick dough. Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray, spacing them apart and flattening them slightly. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
As the cookies cool, they will harden. Once cooled, top with extra caramel and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
Store the cookies in a container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
