Healthy Avocado Smoothie with Chocolate Flavor
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 4 frozen chunks of zucchini
- 1 Medjool date
- 1/4 frozen avocado
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Lucuma powder (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 ice cube of coconut milk
- Pinch Himalayan salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
If you prefer a firmer consistency, add a handful of ice.
You can freeze some ingredients in advance to avoid using additional ice; just add the milk, powders, and seeds when ready.
After blending, top with pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and bee pollen for extra flavor and texture.
