Healthy Avocado Smoothie with Chocolate Flavor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 4 frozen chunks of zucchini
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lucuma powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 ice cube of coconut milk
  • Pinch Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. If you prefer a firmer consistency, add a handful of ice.

  3. You can freeze some ingredients in advance to avoid using additional ice; just add the milk, powders, and seeds when ready.

  4. After blending, top with pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and bee pollen for extra flavor and texture.
