Healthy Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 scoops collagen
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl or jar.
Cover the container.
Refrigerate overnight to allow it to set.
