Almond Butter Beet Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • spoonful of almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon beet powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix together the steel cut oats, almond milk, water, collagen, chia seeds, almond butter, beet powder, and cinnamon.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.

  3. In the morning, heat the oats on the stove with an extra splash of almond milk.

  4. Top with additional almond butter, chia seeds, and sliced banana before serving.
