Cinnamon Pecan Steel Cut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon superfood honey
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- Frozen banana slices
- Almond butter
Preparation
Combine steel cut oats, chia seeds, almond milk, water, ceylon cinnamon, chopped pecans, superfood honey, collagen, and maca powder in a container.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, layer in a jar starting with frozen banana slices, add the oat mixture, and top with almond butter.
