Cinnamon Pecan Steel Cut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon superfood honey
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • Frozen banana slices
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine steel cut oats, chia seeds, almond milk, water, ceylon cinnamon, chopped pecans, superfood honey, collagen, and maca powder in a container.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, layer in a jar starting with frozen banana slices, add the oat mixture, and top with almond butter.
