Steel Cut Oats Breakfast with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 cups Steel Cut oats
- 6 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- soy milk
- banana
- cinnamon
- strawberries
- pumpkin seeds
- almond butter
- nibs
Preparation
Combine 2 cups steel cut oats, 6 cups water, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 1/2 tsp salt in an Instant Pot.
Cook on manual for 6 minutes with the seal on, followed by natural release.
Reheat the oats by adding a splash of soy milk and sliced banana.
Add extra cinnamon and top with strawberries, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, and nibs for additional nutrients.
