Homemade Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp canola oil or neutral cookin
- 4 packed cups shredded raw potato (from 2 large potatoes--I used the yukon gold variety) 1/2 tbsp salt
Preparation
Homemade Marinara Sauce
In a blender or food processor, quickly process everything until smooth
Feel free to adjust according to desired taste
