Indonesian Corn Agar Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- 1 packet agar-agar
- 700 ml boiled water
- 65 ml thick coconut milk
- 200 g granulated sugar (to taste)
- 3 sachets sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Blend the corn together with boiled water
Then strain and discard the pulp
In a pot, put the strained corn mixture, coconut milk, agar-agar, sugar, and condensed milk and stir well
Cook over medium heat while continuously stirring until it boils
Remove from heat and pour into molds
Let the steam evaporate and cool in the refrigerator
Pudding is ready to enjoy
