Loaded Veggie Chili Fries
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag of frozen fries
- 1 can of vegetarian chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 avocado
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425
Spread fries on a large baking sheet with parchment paper and bake as per package instructions
Add chili to a small saucepan and let simmer for 5 minutes until heated through
Chop veggies and shred cheese
Top fries with chili and cheese, then place back into the oven for 5 more minutes until cheese has melted
Top chili fries with tomatoes, green onion, avocado, jalapenos, and cilantro
Enjoy immediately
