Mango Oats with Flax and Hemp Hearts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- half unsweetened coconut beverage
- half water
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup cashew pieces
Preparation
Microwave the quick oats with a mixture of half unsweetened coconut beverage and half water for 2 minutes.
Top with a ripe mango, 1 tablespoon ground flax, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, and 1/4 cup cashew pieces.
