Mango Oats with Flax and Hemp Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • half unsweetened coconut beverage
  • half water
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup cashew pieces

Preparation

  1. Microwave the quick oats with a mixture of half unsweetened coconut beverage and half water for 2 minutes.

  2. Top with a ripe mango, 1 tablespoon ground flax, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, and 1/4 cup cashew pieces.
