Mini Samboosak with Almonds and Oats
Ingredients
- 1 packet of small-sized samboosak wrappers
- 4/3 cup ground almonds
- 4 cups oats
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Glue mixture
- egg white
For frying
- corn oil
For serving

Preparation
In a bowl, place the almonds and oats, add cinnamon and mix well.
For the glue mixture, use a fork to lightly beat the egg white until it becomes soft.
Fill the samboosak with the filling, shape them into triangles and seal the edges with the egg white.
Heat the oil in an electric skillet.
Fry the samboosak until they turn golden brown.
Immediately after removing from the skillet, place them in the syrup, let them soak for a few minutes, then remove and drain any excess syrup.
Place the samboosak on a serving dish, sprinkle with some almonds for garnish, let them cool and then serve.
