Peanut Butter Coconut Cacao Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 20 dates

Preparation

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until really well combined.

  2. Take a tablespoon of mixture, squeeze to combine, and roll into balls in your hand.

  3. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks.
