Peanut Butter Coconut Cacao Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp brewers yeast
- 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 20 dates
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until really well combined.
Take a tablespoon of mixture, squeeze to combine, and roll into balls in your hand.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks.
