Protein Paleo Vanilla French Toast
Ingredients
- 6 slices paleo bread
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- apple pie spice
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- unsweetened plant protein milk
- vanilla ghee
Toppings
- banana
- chocolate chips
- chia seeds
- granola
- organic peanut butter
- plain yogurt
Preparation
Mix egg, egg white, apple pie spice, vegan vanilla protein powder, and unsweetened plant protein milk to create a batter
Dip the paleo bread slices in the batter
Cook the dipped bread in vanilla ghee until golden brown
Caramelize banana slices in a pan with a bit of ghee or sugar until golden
Top the cooked French toast with caramelized banana, chocolate chips, chia seeds, granola, peanut butter, and plain yogurt
